Hello & welcome, I'm Emma

Welcome to my online space. Wild self-care is a place where you can slow down from the realities of modern parenthood and the busy working world and reconnect within. 

 
My goal is to help you reclaim your life from hustle culture, stress and burnout, and help you put the breaks on your daily stress cycle.  


I am passionate about supporting busy parents and professionals to navigate deep stress and overwhelm. 


I have experienced burnout myself, so my approach to self-care is heart-felt and practical.

I am a life-coach, author, speaker and mama, who really connects with others through being open around my lived experience. 


I have been through the gammut of stress and burnout myself, and recovered. So I will draw on the hacks that worked for me to help you reset and get your life back on track.  


 My commitment to you is genuine support, regular accountability and deep understanding.
